My sore throat was still hanging around this week and I’ve still been a bit fatigued, so I decided to go to the doctor on Wednesday. She put me on antibiotics, which made my stomach hurt and made me queasy. Turns out I had strep throat, which explains the symptoms.
So yet again I didn’t exercise as much as I would have liked. It was particularly upsetting because I was working from home since my husband was out of town (our dog requires medication 3 times a day and he usually gives it to her since I drive an hour one way to work), and had planned on getting extra exercise in since I didn’t have to commute.
Here are my workouts for the week:
- Sunday: No workout
- Monday: Relaxed Easygoing Flow (15 minutes) of Yoga from This is Yoga with Tara Stiles
- Tuesday: 30 minute walk on the treadmill
- Wednesday: Yoga Beauty Body by Anna Brett and Ravi Singh (all segments except breath primer and beauty mantra)
- Thursday: No workout
- Friday: No workout
- Saturday: No workout
Today I’m feeling better, my throat isn’t sore, and hopefully won’t be any longer so I can get back into my usual routine! Hope you all had a great week. Thanks for reading!
